It does not matter what your experience level is. If you’re a beginner, the OPM Intensive will help you line up investors before you have a deal so you are able to close it. If you’re an experienced investor who has 100 houses and has raised private money already, the OPM Intensive will help you scale up to the next level where you can access INSTITUTIONAL money (tens of millions of dollars or more).

We focus on one topic only – how to raise money and we go DEEP. During the OPM Intensive, you actually LEARN by doing – by actually posting on social media and talking with investors in-person and on the phone. You get to implement what you’re learning during the 3-day event itself.

An accredited investor is one who makes $200K-$300K/year and/or their networth is $1,000,000 or higher (excludes equity in their personal home).
